Ingredients:
- 30ml Ornabrak Single Malt Gin
- 15ml Goji Berry infused Aperol
- 15ml Rhubarb Cordial
- 4 Dashes Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 Spoon Hedgerow Jam
- Top up with Champagne
- Pink Peppercorns
- Garnish with a zest of Pink Grapefruit
