In creating this classic, Cathal uses New Zealand Scapegrace gin, Fernet Branca and Carpano Antica Formula

- 30ml Scapegrace Gin
- 30ml Carpano Antica Formula
- 1 Teaspoon Fernet Branca
HOW TO MIX
Add all ingredients into a mixing glass and strain into a chilled stemmed coupe
