From Ruby’s Pizza Grill, Swords, Dave Green – drinksGenius Mixologist of the month September 2018 presents the Jo-Jo using Whitley Neill Blood Orange gin as the base spirit.
INGREDIENTS
- 50 ml Whitley Neill Blood Orange Gin
- 15 ml Lime Juice
- 15 ml Cherry Syrup
- 15 ml Cointreau
- 20 ml Cranberry Juice
- 20 ml Pineapple Juice
- Top up with Hibiscus Tonic Water
Add all ingredients into a boston shaker, shake and strain into a Coppa Glass and top up with Hibiscus Tonic Water – garnish with a twisted lime and mint leaf
