Swedish born Freda Andersson demonstrates her skill in the Liquor Rooms Dublin using Irish gin Dingle as her base spirit to create the “Wild Atlantic Way”.
INGREDIENTS
- 40ml Dingle Gin
- 20ml Cherry Heering
- 20ml Lime Juice
- 15ml Tuaca
- 10ml Kirsch
- 3-4 Dashes Citrus Bitters
HOW TO MIX
Shake all ingredients and double strain into a chilled stemmed coupe
Garnish by coating glass rim with lemon and sugar
