From the Hyde Bar, Galway – Jamie Heighton, drinksGenius Mixologist of the month August 2018 presents his signature cocktail “Bang Tidy” using Bobby’s Schiedam Dry gin as the base spirit.
- 50 ml Bobby’s Schiedam Dry Gin
- 15 ml Grapefruit Juice
- 2o ml Lemon Juice
- 15 ml Passion Fruit Syrup
- 20 ml Egg White
Add all ingredients into a boston shaker, shake and strain into a champagne flute – garnish with a twisted orange zest
