Presenting from the Sidecar bar in the Westbury Hotel, Dublin – Michael Lis, drinksGenius Mixologist of the month July 2018 uses Aviation gin to make the classic Gin and Tonic.  


  • 40 ml Aviation Gin
  • 1724 Tonic

 Serve in tall Hi-Ball or Copa Gin Glass and garnish with a slice of lemon peel
