Zignum Platinum is the un-aged expression bottled straight from the distillery without aging. It is considered to be the purest expression of the agave. The Beverage Testing Institute said in 2010 that Zignum blanco was "a very clean, stylish and mixable mezcal that successfully eschews traditional smokiness for approachability."
