El Jimador Blanco 70cl

€33,99

El Jimador tequilas are brand named for the field worker who harvests the agave plant with large, sharp spade-like implements and prepares them for baking. Jimador blanco is their un-aged expression, usually representing the strongest agave flavors.

The Jimador blanco was awarded the Silver Medal at the 2010 SIP Awards.

Casa Herradura was one of the oldest and most storied of the tequila brands. The name "Herradura" is translated as "horseshoe" from Spanish and graces their namesake tequila label, though they also quietly produce other labels as well. Brown-Forman purchased Tequila Herradura and is now the owner of both Herradura and Jimador labels of tequila. The distillery itself was founded in 1861.They take credit for being the first distillery to try aging their tequila in oak (creating the "reposado" and "anejo" expressions) in imitation of aging eau-de-vie to make cognac.
