Havana Club Seleccion des Maestros - 70cl
€75,00
We are told that the Seleccion de Maestros "...represents the ultimate and most perfected expression of the collective involvement of six experienced Maestros." Folks at Havana tell us that "...the unique finishing process, the 'Cuban Barrel Proof', gives the rum its unequaled aromatic bouquet and an exceptional quality."
Havana Club Seleccion de Maestros was named Best Dark Rum in the 2014 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
In back-to-back sterling reviews from the Beverage Testing Institute, they declared in 2012 it is "exquisitely flavorful and sophisticated."
Havana Club was founded by Jose Arechabala in 1878 and the distillery was nationalized in the communist revolution of 1959 (and the family fled to Spain). Today, the brand is owned jointly by the Cuban government and Pernod-Ricard.
