Listoke 1777 Gin is the inaugural launch from the new Listoke Distillery. Their botanicals are both wild-harvested and grown on their own Listoke Estate. The gin itself is meant to emphasize citrus and floral flavors in the modern style. The owl featured on the label is an homage to the owls that made the barn their home before the distillery moved into the building in 2015.
Listoke Distillery & Gin School is a combination distillery and educational facility located in a restored "200 year old stable." It was founded in Drogheda of Louth County, Ireland by Bronagh Conlon, Sean MacDhuibhinse, and the husband-and-wife teams of Raymond and Juliet Gogan and James and Blanaid McKenna. Along with distilling their own gin, they offer the unique experience of providing gin classes and workshops for those interested.
