Martin Millers is proud of their traditional processes in producing their gin: batch distilled in copper stills. They have even named their still: Angela made by John Dore and Company. "Her full figure is made from beaten copper and during a spirit run, you can feel the heat radiate from her 20 feet away." The gin is made with glacial water from Iceland because it is "up to ten times purer than a lot of bottled water on sale today." According to an interview from Tasting Panel Magazine (April 2016), the gin is blended down in spring water from Iceland at the Basalt Mountains.
Miller's Gin, Inc is the company that owns and manages the label for Martin Miller's Gin. It is named for Martin Miller himself, who is described on their website as an "inventor and connoisseur of the finer things in life." They founded the company in 1999 on the express purpose of creating the finest gin. The brand itself is made by the Reformed Spirits Company.
Martin Miller's traditional gin is bottled at 80 poof and described as having a "lovely strong citrus nose and taste."
