Mozart White Chocolate Cream liqueur is from 100% natural ingredients including a cocoa distillate and bourbon vanilla. The distillate is itself made from Forastero and Trinitario cocoas mixed with very high proof sugar-cane base alcohol (rather than the traditional grain alcohol). It then settles and the surface alcohol skimmed to make the distillate, which is then introduced to the spirit. They say the liqueur has a "Tenderly melting taste of white chocolate with cream, caramel, and vanilla." We're also advised it has 60% less fat than more typical Irish cream liqueurs.
Mozart Chocolate Cream liqueur was named Best Cream Liqueur in the 2012 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
