No.209 Gin- 700ml
€55,95
No. 209 Gin is made with hand-sorted and hand-ground botanicals to "select only the finest specimens." They say the recipe was adjusted 87 times prior to the final result.
Distillery 209 was founded by Leslie Rudd, who came from a winery and restaurant background. The original distillery was founded in 1870 by William Scheffler but then later discovered when Rudd became the owner of the property in 1999. The new name comes from the federal license, which was license number 209, granted to Scheffler so long ago. The current distillery is under the management of two MIT female graduates: Nicole Nollette and Kathryn Frederick. It was moved to Pier 50 in San Francisco and today they claim it is the only distillery built over water.
