Old Scout Ten Bourbon is aged for at least 10 years in new American White Oak (as bourbon must be) and made from a grain bill of "high rye content"--75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barley--though that rye doesn't approach the 30%+rye bill we've seen in other bourbons. The whiskey itself is sourced from LDI in Indiana and blended on site.
