Sipsmith vodka is made from a barley grain base (the same as malt whiskeys) and made in very small batches of 200-300 bottles at a time. The spirit is blended down with Lydwell spring water. The claim it is a "smooth, buttery" spirit.

Sipsmith Damson vodka is a essentailly the "sloe gin" version of their vodka (all the color and fruit of the sloe without the juniper of the gin). It is bottled at a somewhat lesser proof than is typical of flavored vodkas.
