Casa 7 Leguas—"House of Seven Leagues"—claims more than 50 years in tequila making. They take their name from Pancho Villa's horse: Seven Leagues (7 Leguas). They also claim to be the only distiller to use mule-driven stone mills to extract agave miel (the juice or "honey" that is fermented and distilled to make tequila).
