Saliza Amaretto is a classic Italian almond liqueur. It is made in a traditional fashion with crushed almonds rather than concentrates or extracts. They consider it a premium amaretto.
The liqueur was formerly known as Mascarada Amaretto.
Bepi Tosolini is a family-run company very proud of their traditional recipes for liqueurs and spirits. The company is named for founder Bepi Tosolini and survives through a third generation of ownership. It was founded on the basis of grappa and aging the normally clear spirit for the refined palate. The company invented "special steam stills" which are still in use today, which gently warms the grape spirit so that it doesn't burn, thereby retaining a delicate quality.
